Burócratas apristas invaden sector Salud
Copan cargos administrativos sin concurso, tan sólo por tener carné
El Apra está llenando el sector Salud de personal administrativo innecesario, pese a que el presidente Alan García ofreció dejar de lado la tradicional práctica aprista de colocar a sus “compañeros” en cargos burocráticos creados especialmente para pagar favores.
La denuncia la realizó el doctor Herbert Cuba, presidente de la Asociación Médica del Perú, quien, además de otras deficiencias del sector, señaló que el personal nuevo es de alrededor de un 40% más de lo necesario, y todos en cargos administrativos, no para labores asistenciales.
Herbert Cuba sostuvo que para nombrar a estos nuevos apristas basta que tengan carné del partido aprista, no les exigen concurso ni otro requisito, lo cual es una irregularidad sobre la que ni la Contraloría ni la ONA se han pronunciado.
Pese a que el nuevo ministro, Hernán Garrido Lecca, dice que ha llegado para mejorar el sector, a casi un trimestre de ocupar el cargo, la tendencia de continuar con este favoritismo parece mantenerse. ¿Por qué tanto espectáculo para tomar examen a los maestros y a estos apristas no sólo que se les contrata sin examen, sino que sus puestos no tienen real utilidad en el sector Salud?
